How do I copy a file from the Remote panel to the Local panel and vice versa?

There are two methods of copying a file from the Remote panel to the Local panel and vice versa.

The first method is the drag and drop approach.  For example, drag the file that you want to copy from the Remote panel to the destination folder in the Local panel and drop, i.e., left click the file, while still holding down the left mouse button, move the mouse over the destination folder until the destination folder is highlighted and release the left mouse button.

The second method is to use the Copy arrows.  For example, select the file that you want to copy from the Remote panel, select the destination folder (make sure that both the file and the destination folder are both highlighted) and click the Copy arrow located in the separator toolbar between the Local panel and the Remote panel.
